- Ethical Values: we provide ethical based values training that emphasizes on integrity, transparency, and kingdom values and principles. NorthSha’ar means NorthGate where a wise counsellor governed (1 Chronicles 26:14).

OUR INNOVATIVE APPROACH
Graduation: When we talk of graduation atNorthSha’ar Technical College, it’s not about receiving a piece of paper. Itconsists of three key components: a) the graduand has (alone or incollaboration with others), developed an innovation up to prototype level, b) hasa bankable business plan and, c) have registered a company. Parents, financiersand other stakeholders are invited to the event where a demonstration of theinnovation is made and a pitching to potential financiers on the viability andmarket profitability of the innovation is done.
What is anInnovation: this iswhere value is added to an existing product or service or a completely newdesign is introduced that is providing solutions to local and African and evenglobal problems.
LaunchingBusinesses: NorthSha’arwill will seek investments in these new enterprises to commercialize theirinnovations. In addition, a two-year coaching and mentorship program will beput in place for the fledgling entrepreneurs to ensure their success.
NorthSha`ar Technical Copllege is a subsidiary of Lilongwe NorthSha`ar College of Education Limited. The college was Founded after identifying a gap in institutions of higher learning in the country.
